Donate Funds to the Career Development Center
With unemployment at an all time high, competition for employment is extremely tough. Recruiters and hiring managers often receive scores of resumes for each open position. Those who are out of work need all the help they can get to give them an edge: to help them get noticed and hired. And that's what we do here at the Career Development Center.
Our motto at the Career Development Center is "For People. Not for Profit" and we mean that. Government, corporation and community support enables us to provide a wide range of high quality career services at reasonable cost.
Unemployment has been a national epidemic of sorts and our community is not immune. Over the past few years, the CDC has been vigilant in our efforts to develop programs and services that deal with the local need. However, a decline in government funding for programs which provide support to the unemployed has dramatically impacted our ability to provide subsidized service to those who are struggling. We can do so only with your help.
